Deleting your Flowmora account
Flowmora by Flowmora LLC. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time.
Delete it in the app (immediate)
- Open Flowmora and tap your belt badge (top right) to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account…
- Type DELETE and tap Permanently delete my account.
Deletion happens immediately. The same option is available at flowmorajiujitsu.com/app if you no longer have the app installed.

What gets deleted
- Your account, email address, and profile (name, belt, gym, goals)
- Every training session, note, and voice transcript you logged
- Training-partner records and roll history, belt history, path progress, uploaded curricula
- Your AI usage records and terms-acceptance records
- Your subscription record at RevenueCat, our app-store subscription provider
What we keep, and for how long
- Encrypted database backups roll off within 30 days, after which the data is gone permanently.
- Payment and tax records are kept by Stripe, Apple, or Google as the law requires (generally up to 7 years). We never hold card numbers.
- Product analytics are kept only in aggregate; identifiers linking them to you are removed.
Subscriptions
A subscription bought on our website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account. An App Store or Google Play subscription is not — Apple and Google manage those, so cancel it in your store's subscription settings first (how to cancel), or you may continue to be charged.
